MEET YOUR SPIN INSTRUCTORS
I carry two advanced certifications in Les Mills RPM (a specific formatted Spin) and have been an instructor for five years. As an avid cyclist, I have spent many years on the road touring, racing and training for fun and fitness. Multiple events including several one-day Seattle to Portland rides, several High Pass Challenges, Tour de Blast!, Ride the Hurricane and many local and regional cycling events. I have recently expanded into Mountain Bike riding. I carry this experience and passion into the cycling studio, creating a fun and challenging approach to indoor cycle training.
One of my favorite quotes from an aboriginal saying: "We are visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love and then we return home." I've been in love with cycling since I was a kid - it's one of my favorite things to do.

When I lived in Doha, Qatar, my indoor cycling coach changed my life by helping me to tap into my own strength and determination. Training indoors got me ready for the road and made me feel invincible! I moved to Port Townsend in 2015, and have been enjoying cycling in the area ever since. At 50 years old, it feels amazing to be strong and fit, and I want to help everyone feel that in themselves!
Since I was young I have competed in competitive sports and ran competitively in high school. After graduation I began to train for my first triathlon and that is when I discovered how much I loved cycling. I have completed many endurance cycling events and have raced competitively. I believe we can truly heal our mind and our body through exercise. And that is why I have a passion for teaching exercise classes. My goals are to give you the tools you need to succeed not only in my classes but in your everyday life. I hope you can carry the energy and passion I feel from sharing fitness with you to others around you.
Currently I carry advanced certifications for Les Mills classes and have attended extra trainings so I can give you the most updated and safe workout possible.
In my free time I love doing anything outdoors such as hiking, running, biking, and camping. I feel very blessed as I have the most loving and supportive Partner, Family, and friends a person could ever ask for.
So all of you Moms out there! Join me at Madrona Spin for a little bit of love and time for you!
