Open Floor Series: Humanity
With Anneli Molin-Skelton
[the qualities that makes us human]
How do we cultivate what makes us human: our ability to love and have compassion, our creativity and our kindness. Can we embrace ourselves and this life in all its realness without contracting?
It takes tremendous courage to speak our truth and live with an available heart. Through the practice of Open Floor we will explore how we can have a deeper intimacy with life, with ourselves and with each other. We will discover how to fully inhabit our entire selves and move from what is fixed to what is fluid.
We will use movement and inquiry to liberate our bodies and become our tender, compassionate, alive and engaged selves.
Open Floor movement practice uses universal principles of movement to anchor us in ourselves and our lives. It is a mindful inquiry; a place for creative focus and loving attention through movement. No previous experience needed. All are welcome.
