Breema® bodywork & Self-Breema exercises are ideal ways to practice body-mind connection. They support us to become present, moment after moment.
Breema is a holistic, body-based practice that teaches us practical steps we can take to unify the energies of mind, body and feelings to become present. Through simple touch and natural rhythmic movements, the practice of Breema offers a direct experience of how we can support ourselves and others by being present.
The philosophy and the principles of Breema address the essential nature of life, the deeper meaning of health and how to actualize it, and the means of gaining practical, self-verified knowledge that can lead to an understanding of our unique potential as human beings. It recognizes the value of acceptance, not only in relationship with others, but also in relationship with ourselves, where the experience of presence brings us to the level at which we can be nurtured, rather than drained, by our relationship to our body, our surroundings, other people, and all life.
This hands-on workshop is designed to give you practical experience of using the body, and the Nine Principles of Harmony as constant support for being present in everyday life. By doing Breema you establish a practical relationship to the Breema Principles which can be applied to other bodywork or movement practices and support your interactions with clients, patients, colleagues, friends and family members. The atmosphere of a Breema workshop is accepting, deeply rejuvenating—and both playful and profound.
