Wendy Chapman & Jan Burr are offering an Introduction to Nia class for anyone who wants to know more about this fun fusion workout. Learn the technique behind the practice and an opportunity to dance. Experience Nia and find your joy through movement.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and be prepared to have fun! All ability levels are welcome. Nia is adaptable for every body.
